An EU General Insurance Institution is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and financial reporting. • Responsible for accounts payable duties include ensuring all inquiries, payments & invoices are processed accurately and timely
• Manage AR processes, including invoicing, collections, and monitoring outstanding receivables
• Reconcile and update the payment/AR ledger and prepare AR reports
• Manage daily operations, including data entry and payment processing
• Assist in the preparation of month-end closing and annual financial reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in finance, related to AP, AR, and reporting
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Detail-minded, eager to learn and dependent
• Strong analytical and communication skills
