Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations to enhance the quality of operations team, ensuring compliance with both internal and external benchmarks and guidelines.
- Optimize resource allocation to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Assess the performance and productivity of outsourced services, coordinating with vendors to ensure adherence to established service levels.
- Support digital projects, responsible for performing thorough workflow analyses across teams to recommend innovative solutions, modernize business practices through digitalization, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
Key requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Good PC skills in MS office
