Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the Quality Control procedures and collaborate with vendors to address any issues related to unrecognized digital documentation
- Evaluate and reorganize digital files, supervise the imaging system, and manage associated processes to maintain high quality standards in digital documentation.
- Manage correspondence with clients and brokers effectively.
- Support digital projects to streamline operations workflow
Key requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Over 1 years of experience in financial services or administration
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Good PC skills in MS office
