About Our Client

Our client is a leading infrastructure and energy investment corporations region with strong presences. They have a track record of investing, developing and operating a vast energy and infrastructure portfolios in the region. With strategic business expansion, they are looking for an Investment Manager/ Analyst, to join their well-established team.

Responsibilities;

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to Department Head, you will be

• Responsible for the Group’s infrastructure direct and indirect overseas investment
• Lead and undertake research and analysis (such as financial modelling, valuation and financial analyses, legal analysis and operating analysis) in formulating the Group’s capital strategy
• Lead execution of the overall corporate investment strategy and management of transactions from structuring to closing
• Work closely with the management team to implement the required corporate structure for the strategy

What you'll need:

• 5 to 8 years of experiences in infrastructure/ energy investment, ideally within buy-side environment
• Proven track record in leading the entire transaction cycle with sizable deals in the region
• Strong analytical minds and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Mandarin and English ...
