- Manage and oversee payment flows related to Exchange, Treasury, and Derivatives transactions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Handle settlements across multiple international locations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure timely processing of payments, adhering to strict deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments, including Front Office, Middle Office, and IT.
- Maintain accurate audit records to support internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Process and validate payment messages through SWIFT Alliance (e.g., MT202, MT202COV, MT103, and third-party payments).
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard transaction integrity.
- Manage compensation claims and settlement investigations, ensuring accurate resolution.
- Support CLS settlement processes for both direct members and third parties, including I/O swap transactions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

- Support the team in executing global initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Assist with system enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Contribute to the development and revision of operational procedures.
- Identify and escalate operational risks to management as needed.
- Experience with financial platforms such as Calypso, Summit, Kondor, Omega, PayPlus, and SWIFT Alliance.
- Familiarity with industry tools like CityNet, CLS GUI, CFETS, and OASIS.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in FX, MM, and derivatives processing.
- Strong understanding of CLS processes and settlement risk.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with high accuracy.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
