A leading private banking and asset management group in the world are looking for a Payment Officer to join their team.

about the job.

Independently manage all payment transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations for all payments.
Oversee cheque processing tasks.
Offer daily assistance to the Marketing Team.
Generate various periodic reports.
Support the team with various operational responsibilities.
Collaborate with other departments within the bank.
Engage in additional ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Conduct contingency drills with HKICL.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the payments department within private banking.
Strong understanding of SWIFT and RTGS systems.
Familiarity with HKMA and HKICL processes and regulations.
Knowledge of FPS, FTS, IVS, and RMA exchanges is a plus.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
