Payroll Processing & Compliance:

• Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Manage payroll audits and reporting requirements as needed.

Payroll Operations & System Management:

• Maintain payroll systems and ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Process payroll adjustments, benefits, and deductions accurately.

Employee Support & Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure all employees receive accurate and timely payroll information.
• Provide guidance on payroll policies, taxation, and benefits.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
• Generate payroll reports and provide insights to key stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager, Payroll Lead, or similar role.
• Experience managing payroll for a large, multi-location workforce.
• Familiarity with payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze payroll data.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
