- Lead the design and execution of culture and engagement programs across the organization
- Drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition, and team connection
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent, and leadership to align programs with company values
- Develop internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and inspired
- Organize company-wide events, wellness activities, and milestone celebrations
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve employee experience and engagement
- Support employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in employee engagement, HR programs, or internal comms
- Previous experience in tech, fintech, or startup culture is highly preferred
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about people and culture
