On behalf of a leading Chinese asset management firm with over $25 billion in assets under management is seeking a Product Controller to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily profit and loss analysis, product design, and launching new products across a range of asset classes including multi-asset, equities, and fixed income. The ideal candidate should possess with minimum 3 years of experience within the industry with a strong passion to work on product control. This is a NEW Headcount.

• Responsible for the daily profit and loss management of various investment products, as well as product operation and management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and launch new products, manage product-related processes and work flow.
• Analyse product performance and data, provide insights to improve existing products and guide future product development.
• Assist in market research and client communication to better understand market demands and client needs.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the asset management industry.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Passion for product development and a deep understanding of the asset management industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong Chinese typing proficiency.
