As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Designing and developing innovative home appliances, ensuring functionality, cost-efficiency, and alignment with market trends and customer needs
- Collaborating with suppliers and design teams to create prototypes, optimizing features for performance, safety, and manufacturability standards
- Conducting rigorous testing and validation of home appliances, analyzing results to refine designs and ensure durability
- Evaluating materials and manufacturing processes, recommending solutions to improve quality and reduce production costs effectively
- Coordinating with sourcing and quality teams to ensure appliances meet regulatory requirements and company specifications
- Preparing technical documentation and specifications, supporting the transition from concept to mass production seamlessly
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product development, ideally in home appliances or consumer goods
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CAD software and product testing methodologies
- Creative problem-solver with excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
