• Lead the full lifecycle of personal loan and credit card products, covering market research, demand analysis, product design, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and post-launch optimization.

• Drive digital channel integration (e.g., online banking, mobile apps) to elevate customer experience.

• Partner with risk management, IT, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure competitive positioning and strict regulatory adherence.
• Establish operational policies/procedures for efficiency and compliance.

Performance & Compliance Oversight

• Monitor product KPIs through data analytics, refining strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure alignment with HKMA guidelines, internal policies, and global regulations.

Operational Excellence

• Manage daily operations and execute ad hoc projects with agility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ years in banking/financial services, with hands-on experience in personal loan/credit card product management
• Proven expertise in credit risk models, market trends, and HKMA regulatory frameworks.
• Resourceful problem-solver adept at prioritizing tasks under constraints.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on high-quality deliverables.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin essential).
