Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end programme delivery, aligning with business goals in insurance products, claims, or underwriting systems.
- Define programme scope, objectives, and timelines, translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution and quality outcomes.
- Manage budgets, risks, and resources, keeping projects on track and within financial targets.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through clear reporting, status updates, and proactive issue resolution.
- Champion process improvements, leveraging insurance industry insights to boost efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of programme/project management experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale initiatives (e.g., policy admin systems, digital transformation, or claims platforms).
- Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required (additional languages like Mandarin a bonus).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
