• Conduct comprehensive market research on the cross-border logistics markets in Asia countries.
• Leverage existing contacts and desk research while establishing new connections for necessary information.
• Prioritize cross-border B2C exports and consider notable B2C import opportunities.
• Focus on potential market volumes, customer demographics, and supply chain partners.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to identify relevant regulations in relevant countries.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders during the research process and incorporate their feedback.
• Present a go/no-go recommendation or alternative scenarios for both markets, supported by a robust business case.
• If a go-decision is reached, develop a rollout plan involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Execute the agreed rollout plan and ensure integration into regular business operations.
