We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Supply Chain Demand and Supply Forecasting System across multiple business banners in Hong Kong. - Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of the forecasting system implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth development and rollout of solutions.
- System Integration: Oversee API integration and ensure seamless communication between the forecasting system and existing enterprise systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, service teams, and local IT to gather requirements, align objectives, and drive project success.
- Testing and Validation: Lead testing efforts, including parallel runs, to validate system accuracy and reliability before full deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend actionable improvements to enhance system performance.
skills & experiences required.
- 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or demand forecasting projects.
- Strong domain knowledge in supply chain processes, including demand and supply planning.
- Familiarity with API integration and system testing methodologies.
- Experience working with external vendors on development and implementation projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
