Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of the forecasting system implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth development and rollout of solutions.
System Integration: Oversee API integration and ensure seamless communication between the forecasting system and existing enterprise systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, service teams, and local IT to gather requirements, align objectives, and drive project success.
Testing and Validation: Lead testing efforts, including parallel runs, to validate system accuracy and reliability before full deployment.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend actionable improvements to enhance system performance.

skills & experiences required.

5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or demand forecasting projects.
Strong domain knowledge in supply chain processes, including demand and supply planning.
Familiarity with API integration and system testing methodologies.
Experience working with external vendors on development and implementation projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
