• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between internal teams (e.g., RTA, SAP FICO), external vendors, and merchants for system integration and bill settlement processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Custom Development: Work closely with development teams to design and implement tailored solutions that meet business needs.
• System Integration: Focus on integration between merchants (bill settlement), RTA, and SAP FICO (banking settlement, debit/credit notes).
• Enhancements: Coordinate minor enhancements on the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring smooth operations across retail locations.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure system reliability and performance meet business expectations.

• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in custom software development or system integration projects.
• Background as a Business Analyst (BA) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with API integration and working with external vendors.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO or banking settlement processes is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Retail industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
