About the Company

Our Client is one of the largest construction companies in Hong Kong. Covering a wide spectrum of projects from government, public organization and large scale private corporations. To cope with current business expansion, they are now looking for an Architectural Designer to facilitate their project expansion and oversee the project execution.

About the Job

As the Project manager of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the site installation progress, materials delivery, quality & safety of the project; coordination with internal and external parties on all BS/E&M matters on site. To ensure the E&M and BS work are in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements; and to attend design meetings, site meetings and inspections of the project.

About the Requirement

• Degree holder or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in managing large scale multi-discipline BS / E&M projects
• Qualified members of HKIE or equivalent is an added advantage
• Participation of Light Public housing projects is preferred
• Self motivated, Independent, with great interpersonal and coordination skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
