We are currently representing a reputable property developer with steady project pipelines and sufficient project development in Hong Kong and China. With continuous and new project planning & development, they are looking for a Project Manager (Building Services) to look after their ongoing development projects.

About the Role
As Project Manager (Building Services), directly reporting to the General Manager you will manage full project development cycle from early stage, master planning, design and construction. You will be leading other project team members and liaising closely with external consultancies & contractors to ensure project(s) is/are delivered on time, cost, and quality standard. You will be closely working and liaising with government authorities to address any issues arising from projects internally and externally.

Requirement

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in building services engineering project management role
• Prior experiences working in property developers would be advantageous, however also open for candidates from consultancy/ contractor background with strong Project Management background
• MHKIE/ MCIBSE/ CEng holder or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Proven track record in project managing mid-large scale commercial/ residential/ mixed-use property development projects, from early design & planning stage, to construction supervision & handover to operation
• Prior Mainland China project experiences would be a plus
• Good leadership skills and good communication skills
• Master/ Bachelor degree holder in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  
• Candidates with less experiences might be considered as the post of Assistant Project Manager
