Our client is a leading provider of secure, scalable, and high-performance data center solutions, offering colocation, cloud, and connectivity services across Asia. To cope with their rapid business expansion, they have a new position calling for building services talent to join their team.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be a key member in taking the lead on the site projects of their hong kong data center’s properties. Your expertise in data center project management, the engineering and project management knowhow will be essential to the role.

You will be overseeing feasibility studies, upgrades, and fit-out projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational readiness. You will be cooperating closely with the internal facility team and external contractors for a smooth and efficient construction and commissioning processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experiences of facilities or project management for data centers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
• Good written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
