Our client is one of the world’s leading renewable energy and power generation industry leaders and provides extensive energy and environmental solutions in Hong Kong and the Greater China region. To cope with their current business expansion, they are now looking for a Project Manager (E&M) to facilitate their business expansion.
About the Job
As a Project Manager of the group, you will be directly reporting to the Head of PM. Your responsibilities includes:
- Conduct and oversee daily reviews of project timelines, ensuring that all tasks remain on track for successful implementation.
- Contribute in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with an innovative and diverse team, leveraging collective strengths and insights to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintaining clear communication and proactive problem-solving,
- Create a dynamic environment that drives success and aligns with this MNC group commitment to delivering balanced energy solutions in Hong Kong and Macau.
About the Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree in Engineering, Automation, gas turbine/compressor technology, or mechanical-related fields is required. A master's degree or above is a plus
- 7 years’ relevant experience with 5 years’ supervisory and managerial level working experiences is preferred, ideally within the power plant or public utility sectors.
- Qualified members of HKIE, IMechE or equivalent is an added advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential.
- Experience working on power plant sites is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and contract law is important.
- Strong project management capabilities, including project planning skills.
- Business administration expertise, encompassing accounting and financial operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships, with a solid understanding of market dynamics, competition, strategy, business processes, and key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required.
- Independent, mature, flexible mentality with great interpersonal skills
