About the Company

Our Client is one of the largest construction companies in Greater bay area and Hong Kong. Covering a wide spectrum of projects from government, public organization and large scale private corporations. To cope with current business expansion, they are now looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to facilitate their project expansion and business development.

About the Job

As the Project Quantity Surveyor of the team, you will be responsible to prepare tender documents and provide tendering and tender assessment for the project; perform cost review and tender analysis, and prepare documents for contract awards; perform project cost control management including cost engineering, vetting of cost estimates, cost data analysis, project expenditure forecasting, preparing project financial reports; commercial management of subcontractor’s accounts and negotiate and settle the variations & claims.

About the Requirement

Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies or other related disciplines
Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in multi-discipline (e.g. Civil / E&M projects), preferably with working experience in main contractors;
Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts
Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
Mature, independent, with great interpersonal and coordination skills
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
