Our client - Public Sector is looking for multiple headcount from Assistant Manager to Director level Project Management/ Research to join their team.

Report to Head of
Fast-paced and dynamic environment
Discretionary year-end bonus

about the job.

Assist Department head in identifying potential grantees by conducting background research and coordinating independent reviews
Support Department head including research, issue analysis, report preparation, and record maintenance for the management team review
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans
Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives
Conduct research on social issues and new initiatives to support the development of projects or thematic strategies, including literature reviews, data analysis, surveys, and discussions with potential project partners
Monitor approved projects to ensure adherence to schedule, pledged outputs, scope, and budget
Ensure consistency and accuracy in project reports and updates, working closely with the Central Coordination Team for internal alignment
Support Department head in monitoring spending, handling budget virements, compiling reports and updates, and reporting on special situations with recommendations to management

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (with background of consulting, policy research, public administration, grant management, NGO, academia or public and social service setting would be an advantage)
Experience in project development and management
Experience collaborating with NGOs, academics and people of various backgrounds
Excellent command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken form.
PC skills including word, excel, and PowerPoint
