Conduct in-depth analysis within the public healthcare system (local, regional and global scale) to derive and formulate actionable mid to long term strategies aligned with projects/policies objectives related to the public sector
Communication and collaboration with C-levels within the organization to ensure alignment in projects direction
Manage and execute strategic research and consultancy projects and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Support the development and execution of reporting of projects towards the public sector
Research and be up-to-date in public policies globally and on a global scale to drive strategic impact
Identify trends to develop and initiate initiatives and/or programs to create impact for the general public on a healthcare level
Ability to execute and manage programs with with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and postive public impact

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder, preferably in public health, medicine and/or healthcare related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience, focusing in strategy and research in public health and/or related
Individuals with academia research experience is a bonus
Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
Numerical and analytical
Experience in communicating and collaborating with C-levels and/or senior executives
Strong time management and ability to work under tight timelines
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager and/or Senior Officer
Candidatse with more experience will be cosnidered as Senior Manager / Assistant Director
