About the role

As a key member of the property team, you will be responsible for the property management of the portfolio in areas included but not limited to daily operations, managing leasing and tenancy documentation, addressing tenant inquiries and complaints for good relationships, coordinating and assisting fit-out and renovation projects, etc.

What you'll need

• Higher Diploma or above in Property management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in property management across commercial or retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
• Good written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
