As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure product standards for handbags, baby gear, and home goods
- Conducting thorough testing and inspections of prototypes and finished products to identify defects or performance issues
- Collaborating with design and production teams to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues throughout development stages
- Analyzing test results and supplier performance data to recommend improvements in materials, processes, and product durability
- Creating detailed quality reports and documentation to support compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Monitoring production workflows and supplier adherence to quality protocols, ensuring consistency across all manufacturing phases
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in testing methodologies and tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
