About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying (QS) Manager to join my client’s team,which is a Chinese state owner developer. This role will be pivotal in managing all aspects of quantity surveying, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role

As a key member of this project, you will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and oversee contract administration and the commercial aspects of assigned projects. You will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and performance against the established budgets.

About the Requirement

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage;
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in curtain wall or building works.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• We are also consider TTPS, Iangs or QMAS
