About the Company

Our client company is a leading developer in the real estate industry across Hong Kong and Greater China region. They own, develop and operate diversified asset/ real estate portfolios including commercial complex development and residential development. Currently with business expansion and continuous project growth, they are looking to identify a QS Manager to join their project team.

About the Role

Directly reporting to Division Leader, you are managing full cycle of QS services (pre and post contracts). You will also work and liaise closely with internal and external parties, including consultancies & contractors throughout the project development cycle. You will be working closely with project department to run mid-large scale development and A&A projects.

About the Requirement

Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences, preferably with client/developer side environment.
Prior experiences working in property developers would be advantegous, however also open for candidates from consultancy/ contractor background with strong Project Management background
Prior track record in managing either new development/ A&A/ minor works projects
Professional Qualifications in MHKIS/ MRICS is preferred
Prior Mainland China project experiences would be a plus, HK experiences also essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
Good command in both English and Chinese
Degree holder in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
