- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
skills & experiences required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment.
