- Manage front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, welcoming guests, and maintaining records of visitors.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, arrange beverages for guests, and set up equipment for meetings.
- Organize courier services and maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents and packages.
- Assist in coordinating company activities, seminars, and events.
- Provide office administration support, including maintaining facilities and equipment, ordering office supplies, and managing company documents and seals.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and visually appealing, reflecting the firm's brand and professionalism.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as needed.
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or higher education.
- Prior clerical experience in banks or financial institutions is advantageous.
- Diligent and willing to perform clerical duties.
- Maintains excellent personal presentation and adheres to the dress code.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese is essential, Mandarin proficiency is preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese word processing.
- Adaptable to changing requirements, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
