- Ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests by delivering outstanding food and beverage services in the restaurant's premium dining area.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient flow of service in your assigned section, maintaining high standards of professionalism and attentiveness.
- Coordinate the set-up and presentation of the dining area, creating an inviting and elegant ambience for guests.
- Train and develop new service staff according to the restaurant's established service protocols and guidelines.
- Uphold the highest levels of service quality, striving to exceed guest expectations and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain stringent food safety, cleanliness, and quality assurance standards throughout all dining operations.
- Foster a culture of hospitality and teamwork among the service staff to deliver a cohesive and seamless dining experience.

skills & experiences required.
- Must fulfil at least 1-year experience, luxury restaurant or hotel background preferred
- Captain role must fulfil at least 4-year experience including at least 1-year management experience
- Fluent Cantonese and basic English skills required.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and exceeding guest expectations
