Ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests by delivering outstanding food and beverage services in the restaurant's premium dining area.
Oversee the smooth and efficient flow of service in your assigned section, maintaining high standards of professionalism and attentiveness.
Coordinate the set-up and presentation of the dining area, creating an inviting and elegant ambience for guests.
Train and develop new service staff according to the restaurant's established service protocols and guidelines.
Uphold the highest levels of service quality, striving to exceed guest expectations and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
Maintain stringent food safety, cleanliness, and quality assurance standards throughout all dining operations.
Foster a culture of hospitality and teamwork among the service staff to deliver a cohesive and seamless dining experience.
working location upon experience and preferences (Sheung Shui / Happy Valley / Sha Tin)

skills & experiences required.

Must fulfil at least 1-year experience, luxury restaurant or hotel background preferred
Captain role must fulfil at least 4-year experience including at least 1-year management experience
Fluent Cantonese and basic English skills required.
Good interpersonal communication skills
Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
Commitment to upholding brand standards and exceeding guest expectations
