Our Client is currently looking for a travel-passionate Marketing Manager for their team in Hong Kong to manage the region for a specific destination.

The individual will be responsible in developing and executing 360 campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social media, events etc.) with the assistance of creative agency across the region with close collaboration with headquarters to ensure effective marketing messages and alignment.

• Responsible in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and coverage of the Destination across all digital and non-digital channels and platforms
• Collaboration with external channel partners across the region to drive the awareness and exposure of the destination
• Campaign analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to further grow the destination's awareness in the region
• Collaboration with external creative & marketing agencies on campaigns to ensure timely delivery and execution
• Develop and maintain relationships internally and external to ensure effective and positive ROI on campaigns
• Budget management and track campaign performance to ensure positive ROI
• Collaboration with global team to ensure all regional campaigns, contents and guidelines are aligned and consistent

• Degree holder in marketing, business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns including digital and non-digital exposure
• Marketing campaign within the travel industry is a bonus
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail minded and strong project management
• Creative, result-driven and strong communication
