... - Ensuring the regulatory compliance of the company's products, ingredients, labeling, packaging, and product claims in ASEAN and North American markets (excluding Hong Kong and Mainland China).
- Serving as a key point of contact between the company and regulatory bodies on all regulatory affairs matters.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure product supply continuity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and analyzing current and emerging regulatory requirements and trends in relevant markets, providing insights and recommendations to the company.
- Proactively identifying potential regulatory challenges and developing solutions to minimize their impact.
- Providing scientific and nutritional expertise to support new product development, consumer education, and scientific communication.
skills & experiences required.
- University degree in Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of regulatory affairs experience in the food/beverage industry within ASEAN markets, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Established network with regulators and scientists in ASEAN markets is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders across all levels and functions.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work outside of Hong Kong.
