Conduct in-depth analysis across different areas such as industry trends to derive and formulate actionable mid to long term strategies aligned with projects/policies objectives related to the public sector
Communication and collaboration with C-levels within the organization to ensure alignment in projects direction
Manage and execute strategic research and consultancy projects and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Support the development and execution of reporting of projects towards the public sector
Research and be up-to-date in public policies in the local market, across the region and on a global scale to drive strategic impact

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder, preferably in healthcare, medicine, public health or life scicence related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience, focusing in strategy, research in private and/or public sectors within the healthcare sector
Individuals with academia research experience is a bonus
Individuals with a healthcare professional with practical experience in the Hong Kong market is a bonus
Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
Numerical and analytical
Experience in communicating and collaborating with C-levels and/or senior executives
Strong time management and ability to work under tight timelines
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
