We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Officer to join our team at a leading Listed Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on the retail sector to support the company's strategic decisions and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously track and analyze Hong Kong shopping malls through site visits and studies.

• Conduct desktop research on retail, tourism, and economic trends to assess market dynamics.

• Assist in preparing and publishing reports with findings and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain databases to organize and store valuable research data for easy access.

• Work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, stay updated on industry trends, and support strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in research or analysis, preferably in the retail sector or shopping mall
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
