Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Residential Sales & Marketing Director to lead the sales and marketing team in promoting and selling the residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive residential property sales
• Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the residential real estate industry
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Experience with luxury properties/ brands is preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
