This incumbent will solicit new pension business both MPF & other non-MPF products and achieve the company’s sales target.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect, sell and service MPF & non-MPF products to meet standards and objectives
- Build strong relationship with customers by conducting meeting, analyzing the personal financial situation and identifying their needs
- Help to work collaboratively with Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new pension clients
- Provide quality after-sales services to maintain the customer relationship and solicits referral business to expand the customer base
- Comply with the guidelines on all sales process
Requirements :
- University graduate or equivalent
- Corporate client presentation & closing experience is an advantage.
- Licensed holder of MPFA & IIQE is an advantage
- An outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
- Mature, proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese
- Good proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
