A market leader in building & construction industry is looking for a Sales Executive to join their fast growing business.

It is a new headcount and you will be direct reporting to the Head of Sales.

Maintain and drive new business through in-depth understanding of the business needs from assigned clients
Identify new customer relationships, including in F&B, hotels, real estates and property management sector
Grow with the clients and maximise the potential opportunities in all areas by delivering differentiated solutions to overachieve sales target
Work with internal parties in establishing market trends, appropriate strategies and product development road maps
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and recommend strategies for improvement

skills & experiences required.

Higher diploma or above
1 -3 years of relevant specification experience in sales
Have existing network and good contacts with architects and developers would be an advantage
Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Team player and business driven
Immediately available is highly preferred
Fresh Graduates are welcomed
