Identify and target potential clients in various industries to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our agency's capabilities and unique value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, and strategy, to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Monitor industry trends and keep abreast of emerging technologies and advertising platforms to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, proposals, and sales materials to support business development efforts.
Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to senior management.

skills & experiences required.

Possess advanced business knowledge and a background in corporate sales.
Exhibit exceptional proficiency in delivering presentations and communicating effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both in written and verbal forms.
Demonstrate self-assurance, autonomy, responsiveness, and superb organizational skills, presenting oneself professionally, along with strong analytical capabilities.
Previous experience in selling digital marketing is advantageous.
Hold a Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skilled in both English and Chinese typing.
Possess a willingness to learn and explore new opportunities.
