- Identify market performance, provide market trend analysis and identification of channel growth opportunities with brand building & customer education.
- Develop sales plan, identify business opportunities with evaluation of ROI & P&L in alignment with the budget
- Analyze the pricing of the products and monitoring the consumer reactions and the distribution of the product.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the business of the Group.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 -8 years of experience, preferably in FMCG/Key account management.
- Experience in major supermarket chains is mandatory.
- Organized, advanced planning and open-minded to changes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with positive mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment and manage ambiguity with flexibility
- Good analytical skill with business acumen
