About the Company
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our residential team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for our residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote residential properties
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
