The Role Overview:

This role is responsible for assisting sales consultants within a prestigious firm focused on high net worth clientele. This position involves close collaboration with Private Bankers, trustees, and tax advisory teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather all required information for insurance applications, thoroughly review the applications and promptly submit the finalized applications.
• Monitor the application submission process to confirm all applications are filed by the specified deadlines.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to request and retrieve the client's previous medical records.
• Follow-up on outstanding documents with Consultants or with clients
• Support preparation of presentations and marketing material

Key Requirements:

• University Degree in any disciplines
• Relevant working experience in administration support/ client servicing/ sales operations in financial services
• Fresh graduates also welcome
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
