About the company
Our client is a prominent property developer with a focus on premier commercial and residential properties in key Asian cities. To cope with current business needs, they are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join and grow with the team.
About the role
You will be the key member in the facility management team, managing portfolios in areas related to operation, repairs and maintenance, as well as A&A, fit-out projects. You will work with a team of FM talents in handling emergency cases, maintenance activities and handover inspections, etc.
What you'll need
- Degree or above in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in facility management, candidates with maintenance experience across client side are highly preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
- Proficient written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
