Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis during solution and execution phases of roll-outs.
- Identify functional impacts on front-to-back systems due to business and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze business requirements to determine technology needs.
- Challenge the current processes and recommend efficient, cost-effective technological solutions.
- Develop end-to-end business solutions by creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide designers, developers, and business users.
- Document findings and results, design new processes for enhanced customer experience (CX), and specify system changes.
- Participate in vendor selection/evaluation, support preparation of evaluation reports, and engage in vendor management activities.
- Assist users in preparing UAT test plans, training materials, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computing Science, Business Administration, Finance/Banking, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT/Banking with proven business analysis experience and skillset.
- PMP, Agile, ECF certificates/qualifications, or relevant qualifications are desired.
- Sound knowledge of banking business (Consumer/Corporate/Treasury) and/or technology applications initiatives.
- Experience in driving changes and managing technology & business parties is highly preferred.
- Ability to liaise/negotiate with multiple local/regional stakeholders in a complex organizational structure to develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
