Randstad is working with a well-established bank and the team is looking for experienced data analyst talent sit within the users across various countries.

about the job.

• Handle and maintain accurate data quality across several offices
• Actively monitoring data quality, implementing controls, conducting data reconciliation, and managing issues and discrepancies.
• Own the tasks of communicate with risk data users and understand their data requests, establish data requirements, and address data quality challenges.
• Collaborate with IT to identify, categorise, and prioritise technical data quality concerns.
• Develop a data quality strategy, including controls (preventive and detective) and KPIs, and deliver regular data quality reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise the resolution of issues and enhancement projects, lead the gathering of business requirements, and escalate matters across departments and governance forums as necessary.
• Prepare documentation for governance presentations, incident investigations, and data management (e.g., data lineage), while also documenting pain points and root causes.

skills & experiences required.

• With at least 4 years of experience in data analyst, business analyst and data management
• With solid understanding of banking products and client referential data in relation to corporate and institutional clients
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin
