Our client is a leading global logistics company who is looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager to join their Hong Kong team.

- Identify potential customers and follow up to generate new business opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Create and present engaging sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
- Leverage internal resources to implement sales strategies, fostering long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue for assigned accounts.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, in collaboration with the global sales team.
- Provide timely and accurate management reports, including taking necessary corrective actions in accordance with company policies.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, analytical skills and understanding of the operational process
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Good knowledge in both international and domestic logistics
- Adaptable and flexible in response to changes.
- A collaborative team player who can perform well under pressure.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Sales Executive position.
