You're a key player in helping a financial regulator launch a new project by gathering user requirements and designing effective solutions

Define objectives by conducting impact analysis, documenting requirements, designing solutions, and supporting change management
Manage projects by setting milestones, forming teams, tracking progress, resolving issues, and delivering results
Ensure quality through testing, preparing user training materials, and conducting briefing sessions for change management
Offer technical guidance by staying updated on technologies, benchmarking best practices, and attending workshops
Support the team by providing user assistance, aligning with IT strategies, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
Handle administrative tasks like procurement, vendor and contract management, budgets, and funding

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field
At least 6 years' in business system analysis and IT project management
Strong knowledge of case management, web/cloud-based solutions, document management, data analytics, and Microservices architecture
Excellent communication, presentation, analysis, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English and Chinese
Experienced in project and quality management, familiar with methodologies like PMP/Agile, standards like ISO, and tools like Java, Python, Power BI, and AI
Proactive, confident, and able to work independently or with project teams
