Our client is a leading produce production company dedicated to quality, sustainability, and innovation. We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management Specialist for a 6-month contract to enhance our HR strategies and support our talent management initiatives.

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with company goals and industry standards.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefit offerings.
- Manage the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive plans.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and effective communication to staff.
- Design and implement performance management processes that promote employee development and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance programs that support employee performance and retention.
- Provide guidance on compensation and performance-related inquiries to HR colleagues and management.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, performance metrics, and program effectiveness.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
