Support the management and maintenance of Private Cloud infrastructure (servers, storage, load balancers).
Perform regular system maintenance and patch management.
Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents efficiently.
Develop and maintain system documentation and disaster recovery plans.
Participate in system projects and provide support for the Public Cloud environment (monitoring, deployment, troubleshooting).

Possesses a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Holds a minimum of 4 years of practical experience within the IT industry; 10 years working exp required for Lead position
Demonstrates strong knowledge of cloud computing principles, virtualization technologies, and network security best practices
Has proven experience working with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and NSX-T environments
Exhibits familiarity with core operating systems including Microsoft Windows Server and Linux, as well as SQL Server databases
Experience with Public Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is considered a valuable asset
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication and documentation abilities
