Our client is an international insurer. Currently seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to ensure the integrity and compliance of operational processes and adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes to verify proper execution and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company rules and guidelines.

* Proactively identify areas within operations that may be non-compliant with regulations, analyse the root causes of these issues, and propose effective improvement strategies to ensure smooth team operations.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of existing controls within operational functions, ensuring they remain up-to-date.
* Collaborate with teams across the department to promote consistent practices and ensure adherence to required standards.
* Assist in the development and implementation of plans to revise existing controls or establish new controls based on identified deficiencies.
* Support the preparation of reports related to control monitoring activities.
* Liaise with relevant teams and departments to implement Risk Management and Compliance initiatives and projects, integrating risk and compliance requirements into daily business operations.
* Organize and deliver necessary training to stakeholders on governance and control procedures.
* Review and update guidelines, forms, and procedure manuals to ensure they are current and accurate.
* Undertake other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree.
* Min 4 years of experience in risk and compliance in financial services, insurance industry experience in a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
