About the company

Our client is a premium property developer known for its expertise in developing high quality residential and commercial properties. To cope with their current business needs, they are now looking for an Engineer to join their well established facility team.

About the role

You will be providing professional technical support regarding the maintenance activities of their premium portfolio. You will be joining a team of professionals to plan, execute the repairs and maintenance tasks, oversee the A&A or modification projects, communicate with internal and external stakeholders and contractors for a smooth and efficient operation on the site.

What you’ll need

Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, Architectural or equivalent
3 years or above relevant work experience in maintenance or A&A; candidates with experience working in client side or consultancy will be highly regarded
Fluent to communicate in English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred
