The qualified candidate will be assigned to assist the Distribution Team to manage numerous key accounts and to source new accounts in Employee Benefits business. The incumbent plays a pivotal role across agency and brokerage channels in providing corporate solutions, handling policy renewal and quotations.

Job Descriptions:
- Manage portfolios in Employee Business but also identify and develop new business pipeline in the target segments
- Meets and exceeds financial plans
- Handle enquiries and quotation requests of clients in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively develop and strengthen client relationships to expand business opportunities
- Maintains regular contact with agents and brokers to sustain a high market profile and good client relationships
- Work across functional teams in development and execution of business, especially Underwriters
- Other administrative work in the distribution team when required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Bachelor’s degree with past experience in account management or underwriting roles handling broker channels will be highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in account management, sales support or business development with Employee Benefits solutions.
- Strong knowledge in Employee Benefits.
- Solid skillsets or track record in managing/developing corporate accounts.
- Holder of IIQE I & II qualifications is a MUST.
- Ability to multitask independently, efficiently while managing multiple accounts.
- Good decision-making skills and can effectively interact with people internally and externally
- Proven analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidates with lesser years of relevant experience will be considered as Executives
